About Us
Buckland Allen Criminal Lawyers PTY LTD is a Gold Coast law firm practising exclusively in the field of criminal law. Our partners have combined experience of over 24 years practice.

Having legal representation at the time of arrest can make all the difference to the outcome of criminal proceedings. Our Solicitors are available 24 hours a day seven days a week to attend at both police stations and properties where police are executing search warrants.

Based in Southport we appear daily in the Southport Court House, both in the Magistrates and District Court. Our office is a short walk from the Court House, the Southport Police Station and the Watch House.

In Queensland we have appeared from Coolangatta to as far north as Proserpine Magistrates Courts.

We regularly appear in the Brisbane District Court and have conducted trials as far north as Gladstone.

We have a strong practice in the Supreme Court in Brisbane, including the Court of Appeal.

We regularly represent clients who have been summonsed to coercive hearings conducted by the Crimes and Misconduct Commission and the Australian Crimes Commission.

We also have extensive experience in Criminal Law in New South Wales, having appeared in Local Courts from Tweed Heads, Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina and (on occasion) in Sydney. We have conducted sentences and appeals in the Lismore District Court.
